Harley-Davidson FXR 107" build
Built from a rough 1993 FXR that got completely torn down, the only stock pieces left are the transmission case and swingarm. This bike came together from parts I’ve collected over the years through friends, swap meets, trades, and stuff sitting around the shop.
Nothing was bought as a matched set or planned out from the beginning. It was simply built from good parts that worked together, and it turned into an absolute ripper. The bike mixes factory pieces, rare parts, custom fabrication, and hand finished details throughout, giving it a raw but refined feel that fits exactly how an FXR should ride.

Engine: 107” Zipper’s Evo motor with STD cases, Axtell cylinders, billet Zipper’s heads, Red Shift cam, Proflow oil pump, and Mikuni HSR45 carb
Air Cleaner Cover: Arlen Ness Air Cleaner Cover
Transmission: Stock 5 speed with upgraded primary drive gearing, Merch dual bearing trap door, and chain conversion
Paint: Dave Z pinstriping on all paint
Fairing: Harley quarter fairing
Exhaust: Thunderheader 2 into 1 with custom exhaust hanger
Wheels: Factory 16” rear Thunderstar and one-off narrow glide 21” front Thunderstar style wheel
Rotors: Lyndall rotors front and rear

Front End: 2004–2005 FXDXT 39mm front end with big 25mm axle
Rear Suspension: Works Pro Racer piggyback shocks rebuilt by Quality Shock Service
