At The Cutrate.us, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy outlines how we can assist you.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Hard parts must be uninstalled, free of damage, and in their original packaging.


Special Policy for Parts

Returns of bike parts such as carbon or fiberglass parts, struts, rotors, and pulleys will incur a 15% restocking fee due to the difficulty of production and their small-batch nature.

  • Used, installed, or marked parts cannot be returned under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@thecutrate.us with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, are missing components, or are returned outside the 30-day window (subject to our discretion).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@thecutrate.us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including shipping costs.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
