Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
Hard parts must be uninstalled, free of damage, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items damaged due to improper use or installation.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
Ship the
item back to us using the address provided in the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is
due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial refunds
may be granted for items that show signs of use, are missing
components, or are returned outside the 30-day window (subject to our

Damaged or Defective Items
