Harley-Davidson Rotor Fitment Chart

When customizing with our rotors, sprockets, and pulleys correct sizing is critical. This guide provides complete fitment details for both 11.5"and 11.8" front and rear rotors but it is intended for stock applications.

We emphasize this because it’s not uncommon for bikes to have been modified by previous owners. For example: an ’86 FXR originally calls for an 11.5" 5/16" front rotor, but if a past owner upgraded the front end to a ’99+ setup or has a caliper with special brackets to change the sizing, it will require a completely different fitment.

Always confirm your exact rotor requirements by verifying the components currently on your bike, not just the model year listed on the title.

Wheel Types

  • ’99 & EarlierEarly Style (Locating ring: 1.980") — Timken bearings
  • ’00 & LaterLate Style (Locating ring: 2.208") — Sealed bearings

Note: All of our rotors, sprockets, and pulleys are cut to the larger 2.2" center bore. For use on early wheels, we include a reducer ring that allows proper fitment for 1.9" center bore.

Rotor Size & Fitment by Year / Model

When it comes to rotor and bolt sizing, the correct size is critical for proper fitment and safety. Factory/OEM specifications. We emphasize this because these measurements apply only to bikes in their original configuration. If the motorcycle has been fitted with an upgraded front end and/or aftermarket front and rear calipers, the specs will most likely be different.
